A top up request is only the first step for the top up process. It should be followed by an actual fund transfer from your linked bank account.
A top up request is for the purpose of informing our system to actively look out for your bank transfer. It’s an essential procedure to ensure your bank transfer will be automatically processed and credited by our system. Failing to do so will result in manual processing and an admin fee of 1% may apply.
