Here are the steps to convert a guest account to a regular personal account:
- Please visit the Xfers sign in page and log in using your 8-digit phone number that have registered in the merchant account:
- On the next page, enter your details as shown:
- Once successfully logged in, verify your unconfirmed email from your dashboard. Look for a red band on the top part of of the webpage. An email notification will be sent to the same personal email address previously registered on the merchant:
- Once you have verified your email address, your guest account will convert to a regular personal account.
If no email is received, please check your spam or trash folder. If no email is found, you may have previously marked our notifications address (email@example.com) as ‘spam’ and therefore cannot receive our email.
