Uploading documents directly on the website also ensures that they are stored securely with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Verification document should always be uploaded through your Xfers dashboard. Our Customer Support Team are also instructed not to upload any documents on a user’s behalf. Unless specifically required by our Team for case investigation, you should remain wary of sending any document through email.
